The Bagman's Buddies - Josh Holliday
"An intriguing story that follows the FBI 'Sting' called "Tennessee Waltz" that the FBI performed in 2004-2007.
The FBI Undercover operation was to bribe their way into the good graces of State of Tennessee senators in an effort to get bogus bills passed in the senate.

it worked well and various 'bribes' were accepted by state legislators. Many of these resulted in 'Guilty Pleas' in 2007 at the culmination of the operation.
There are over 50 unique photos sprinkled throughout and many funny moments.
This story is based on a True FBI Sting operation in Tennessee from 2004-2007."
Recently I received a copy of this book from the author requesting an honest review. And here it goes.
This book is based on the story of a real life sting operation.
This book is based on the story of a real life sting operation.
The story opens with a murder, which seems preplanned and cold blooded. First few pages can be very confusing as the readers get acquainted with the characters. The atmosphere is charged with suppressed tension and suspense. Here We get acquainted with the dark depths of political side of our government.
Based on an actual sting operation this story is filled with the undercover agent "Bagman", the surveillance crew, victims and of course the cream of society, the senators. The author explores various aspects of the investigation and leaves no stone unturned to make it a worthy digest for the readers. The pictures sprinkled throughout the book helps immensely to visualize the actual proceedings in our mind's eye. Corruption among government officials is something on which the story puts it's main focus and tries to bring out the naked truth of government in front of the readers.
I've never before read this genre. And this is my first book in this area but I'd have to say that this is something that I would not mind reading again. Not my usual cup of tea but I found myself enthralled in it's world of dark politics, crime, murder and corruption.
Overall I'm very satisfied with this book.
However the only negative aspect is that the author should include quotation marks to separate dialogues from story narration, otherwise it becomes very confusing for the readers to follow the story.
