'No Return , a contemporary phantom tale' - Christine Pope

It's just that i'm an avid reader and I like to read a lot so one day I thought why not share what I've read so far with all the other bookworms.
Most of the time when i was just trying to read something good I was unable to find a list which would suit me,I had a lot of trouble trying to find the books i would love to read.
So this is a blog which i thought about starting after I realized that maybe many people are facing this problem so here I am trying to provide a guide and maybe some list about books that I've read so far.
I'll start with

Now coming back to the book...

Summary- Born to power and wealth, Erik Deitrich has everything a man could hope for -- except a face he can show to the world. He becomes obsessed with finding the one woman who can fulfill his desire of possessing a modern-day Christine Daaé to his deformed Phantom…and opera student Christine Daly seems to be the woman he has sought for so many years.

Once Erik Deitrich learns of Christine Daly's existence, he stops at nothing to claim her. And when he does have her, he uses every means at his disposal to ensure that she will fall in love with him...without stopping to think what might happen if he fell in love with her.

NOW MY PERSONAL REVIEW

Pros-

This book is a very good retelling of the phantom of the opera and an excellent heart wrenching love story...I recommend tissues for the vividly misguided and misjudged Erik in the book and also for the helpless and kidnapped christine who suddenly found her life turned upside down totally.

This book made me felt that maybe in this world still the power of love prevails.

A very good book for the romantics.

now the cons part.

Cons-

It is very imaginative and not at all realistic. For those who like to read romance with a bit reality I'll definitely not recommend it.

How can someone in any country get away with kidnapping I'll never know but apparently the male protagonist here does.
There is multiple faults like how can the female protagonist fall in love with someone who literally kidnapped her and even if she did then it will be called Stockholm syndrome by any educated person and Erik's fascination with Christine borders on the edge of obsession which is definitely not love.

In this book you guys will find your knowledge about love clashing with the author's. Moreover you will find a little less connection with the characters, its as if you can touch them but you can't fully grasp them.

About Erik...where to start he is definitely psychological patient or else no one creates a full phantom of the opera set on their house and definitely does not chase after some girls with the name 'christine' and kidnaps one of them or wear a phantom of the opera style mask.
Although his mental condition is not stable it is by no means dangerous...but still I think author should have made him a less bit mental.

overall view

I'll say go for a reading, the story line is quiet good and the characters are DEVELOPED.
If nothing you are gonna atleast enjoy the romance between the two and also the link between phantom of the opera and this one.

It won't be a waste of time and everyone should try out different versions of love and romance after all love is not a definition its a concept.
Different to each one of us
